Although traditionally HBD likes to have a schedule in advance for our customers as that allows us to better serve you by having the time to make arrangements with the associates we have also found there are just unpredictable and unplanned “surprises” that seem to pop into all of our days. Whether it’s an oversight on our part or someone else’, a non-medical emergency, a miscommunication or a simply too cramped day we all find ourselves with too much day left over at the end of the time!

For your convenience we have created Homecare Express. This fills in the gaps for that last minute oops or for those time when you need help but don’t want/need to use the traditional agency 2 hour visit (in Lafayette) minimum for services. Yes, it costs a tad more for the convenience and expedited service but it’s made for those shorter visits when necessity calls.

Appointments are made on a first come first serve basis so when you know….let us know. Scheduling Services are available M-F 9am 4pm. Services may be scheduled after hours for an additional fee.
